With over 200 projects to his credit, Mr. Erwin is an expert in water distribution, storage reservoirs, and water treatment design. He has extensive knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and treatment processes including new and innovative processes meeting the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act. Mr. Erwin has extensive experience in assisting communities with their engineering needs including 21 years of municipal engineering helping communities with their day-to-day engineering needs.

RYAN H. QUIGLEY, P.E.
EXPERIENCE:
Ryan joined Erwin Consulting Engineering full time in 2002. Since that time he has contributed to the design and construction administration of numerous projects in Oregon. Ryan has a great deal of experience in the design and construction oversight of water distribution, water storage, storm sewer, and grading projects. He also has several water master plans to his credit.
